We inform you that the personal data You provide to us will be processed both by automated means, which is not in compliance with what is foreseen, also in terms of data security, by the EU regulation 679/2016 for the purpose of fulfilling the tasks entrusted to us, as detailed in the contract currently in force and/or in order to provide you with the information You require and/or to fulfil specific legal obligations in the charge of the data controller. The conferral of data is optional but a refusal will prevent us from continuing the execution of the current contract or of fulfilling Your specific requests.

In particular, Your data is linked to our specific activity of «Production and sale of children’s toys, promotional items and collectibles» and is related to the normal activity of relations with current or potential customers/suppliers; no mass marketing activity is provided for, except with expressed specific consent.

The preservation of data (which in any case may not exceed 10 years since the last processing/update) is linked to the existence of a supply of goods/services, statutory obligations or requirements of specific treatments that you are part of. It is your right to require data deletion when the same right is not in opposition to statutory obligations.

Your data will be communicated to the persons in charge of the companies hereunder in order to carry out the entrusted tasks, to banks or credit institutions for the processing and the collection of dues, to institutes or public bodies in relation to the entrusted tasks and to legal regulations/statutory obligations, control bodies and public safety bodies if requested, to any third parties only as a result of use for the fulfilment of the tasks entrusted to us.

You have the right to obtain from the rights holder the cancellation, limitation, updating, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you as well as in general, or rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the EU Reg. 679/2016.

Your data may also be transferred outside the European Community for the sole purpose of using communication services and, in any case, in compliance with the provisions of the European regulations on security and data protection.

CONSENT
The consent for my data to be processed by the controllers for the purposes of executing a contract in progress or to be developed according to the methods indicated in the information above or to fulfil specific requests is not necessary as, pursuant to ART. 6 paragraph 1 letter (b), processing is lawful.

OPTIONAL CONSENT
Consent for the controllers to use my personal data for informative, commercial and marketing purposes at later times and/or unrelated to the contract in being. These communications can also be carried out with multimedia tools such as e-mail, SMS or MMS. In case of non-consent there will be no consequences for any contracts in progress.

This consent will be requested at a later date, it is currently to be understood as consent denied.
